Our website does not have its own inquiry form or client account. The four trip request buttons take you to forms hosted by JourneyFuse (through our Atlas Coast Travel Group advisor platform). Depending on the form and what you choose to provide, we may receive your name, contact details, travel dates, destinations, budget, party details, preferences, accessibility or mobility needs, and messages about your trip. We also receive information you send us by email or phone and information needed to help arrange travel if you decide to work with us.
Please do not send payment-card details, passport numbers, or passport images through our website inquiry links or by ordinary email. If a booking requires sensitive traveler or payment information, we will direct you to an appropriate supplier or secure process.
How we use information

OpenAI hosts this website through ChatGPT Sites and may process technical information needed to deliver and protect it, such as requests, device or browser information, and service logs. This site also loads fonts from Google. We have not installed Google Analytics or advertising tracking pixels on this website as of the date above. Hosting services and linked platforms may use cookies or similar technologies for their own operation. We will update this policy before adding optional analytics or advertising tools.
Our trip request buttons currently open JourneyFuse forms at myatlasgo.com, where the information you submit is handled through our advisor workspace. JourneyFuse’s Privacy Policy provides information about its platform practices. Other external services you choose to open, including travel suppliers, have their own privacy practices.
When we share information
We may share information with our host agency and service providers that support our work, and with travel suppliers, insurers, or other providers as needed for the services you request. We may also share information if required by law or with your direction. We do not sell client information. We do not publish your photos or testimonials without asking your permission.
